ELMU Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting higher education in Malaysia. To achieve its mission, ELMU Foundation has developed a multi-pronged strategy focused on six principal objectives which are fundraising, scholarships, the teaching and learning programs, research grants, entrepreneurship programs, and awareness.

To promote community engagement and social responsibility by organizing outreach programs, sustainability projects, and disaster relief efforts, fostering a culture of empathy and civic duty within and beyond the university community.
